Ashley A. Baron after graduating from U.S.C. Law School and working for a large Los Angeles Law Firm and the branch office of a large San Francisco Law Firm in Newport Beach decided to open her own law firm in 1985.  She established a firm based upon the idea that the client was the most important part of the practice.  She quickly grew the firm to a client base of over 100 clients primarily performing Construction and Commercial Litigation services.  In 1994 with the construction industry and business in general recovering from the recession, Ms. Baron began performing services in-house for a nationwide restaurant corporation and enjoyed learning about the hospitality industry.  In 2005 she decided to refocus on private practice and has been growing steadily as her client base continues to grow.  Recently, Ms. Baron has begun an association with an all star litigator who she litigated against and respected.  Cynthia Hafif, who has tried numerous jury trials to multi-million dollar verdicts, is that all star.
